BLASTRAC MACHINE
Blastrac (Shot Blasting) is an advanced surface preparation method that propels steel shot media at high velocity onto concrete surfaces to strip contaminants and create a textured profile. It features a closed-loop system directly connected via a flexible hose to an industrial dust collector, ensuring continuous abrasive recycling and virtually dust-free operation.
APPLICATION
Essential for high-performance surface profiling prior to applying Epoxy or Polyurethane (PU) Flooring systems. Shot blasting opens the concrete pores and creates an optimal anchor pattern, ensuring maximum mechanical adhesion and preventing coating delamination or debonding.
