DIAMOND GRINDING
Diamond Grinding is a surface preparation method that uses a motor-driven diamond disc to profile and smooth concrete substrates. It features an integrated flexible hose connection for industrial vacuum systems, enabling near-dustless operation throughout the grinding process.
APPLICATION
Used to mechanical-etch and open the pores of concrete floors prior to applying Epoxy Floor Coating. Proper grinding ensures maximum mechanical adhesion, preventing debonding, blistering, or premature coating failure.
Scarifying Machine
A Scarifying Machine (or Concrete Planer) is a heavy-duty mechanical tool engineered to aggressively profile and texturize concrete surfaces. Utilizing pentagonal diamond-tipped cutters driven by a high-torque rotary and vibratory motor system, it features an integrated flexible hose port for industrial vacuum connection to ensure virtually dust-free operation.
APPLICATION
Essential for heavy-duty surface preparation before starting Epoxy Flooring projects. It creates a deep mechanical key on the concrete substrate, maximizing coating adhesion and effectively preventing delamination or debonding between floor layers.
BLASTRAC MACHINE
Blastrac (Shot Blasting) is an advanced surface preparation method that propels steel shot media at high velocity onto concrete surfaces to strip contaminants and create a textured profile. It features a closed-loop system directly connected via a flexible hose to an industrial dust collector, ensuring continuous abrasive recycling and virtually dust-free operation.
APPLICATION
Essential for high-performance surface profiling prior to applying Epoxy or Polyurethane (PU) Flooring systems. Shot blasting opens the concrete pores and creates an optimal anchor pattern, ensuring maximum mechanical adhesion and preventing coating delamination or debonding.
